I absolutely loved the room with such a comfortable bed. The receptionist was so funny and welcoming. The smell in the lobby was amazing. I thought it was fantastic that there was such a great choice on the TV! Loved the shower gel and accessories and the choice of teas. Room was set up perfectly. Would love to have had a swim the pool looked great but didn't have time. Initially I was disappointed with having to go up to collect your own meals rather than a restaurant set up but the rest of the hotel makes up for that and the food was great anyway so I'll be fine to do that next time!

I love staying here when in Tamworth. Always friendly and helpful staff, cosy rooms/bed/pillows and a great pool and gym. The location is good, easy parking with sail cloth covers. Also, easy access to the club via indoor walkway for any food, drinks etc

Great service from the moment we walked in. Spotless rooms and comfy beds. Shaded parking is a bonus. Pool and gym were really nice too. Just a bit far from town.

One of the best Mercures I've stayed at. Modern, very clean and comfortable bedding. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, I will not stay anywhere else in Tamworth but the Mercure.

I thoroughly enjoy all my stays at the Mercure Tamworth. The staff are helpful, friendly and wonderful to converse with, and are quite knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms are always clean to a high standard, the beds are super comfortable and the pillows offer great support for a restful sleep. I also particularly enjoy the blockout curtains in the rooms! Room Service is also very prompt and the meals are generous sizes, fairly priced and delicious!

Our family had a lovely time, staying in a 2 bedroom apartment while we were at a convention in Tamworth for 3 days. It was very handy having a lovely restaurant and cafe to order food from. The only thing I found difficult is drying the bathroom as we were given an accessible bathroom which required a lot of drying so we didn't slip. And a tiny sink. But apart from that everything was satisfactory :)

Lovely staff, clean spacious rooms with a pool with rooms for meetings, celebrations etc. Right next to a club where you cam get meals or drinks.

A very well presented, clean and comfortable hotel with generous well designed rooms with all the amenities. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. As the hotel has direct access to the West Tamworth Sports Club there are a variety of dining options and free parking. Definitely recommend.
